Are you a person who enjoys numbers, order, and structure? Do you want to gain valuable experience in accounts payable in central Stockholm? We are now looking for an engaged colleague for a part-time position at 50 percent until mid-March.

Responsibilities

In this role, the focus is on accounts payable and the ongoing flow of incoming invoices. You will work in Fortnox, where most invoices are automatically interpreted, but your control and accuracy are crucial for everything to be correct.

Your main tasks:

• Handling and scanning of incoming supplier invoices.
• Verification and coding with a particular focus on reverse construction VAT, as well as export and import VAT.
• Administration of approval flows and assessment of supplier types.

We are looking for someone who:

• May be studying economics or has another part-time job at 50% and has some background in finance.
• Is extremely meticulous – you double-check rather once too many than once too few.
• Is communicative and enjoys helping customers and colleagues.
• Has a positive attitude and wants to learn more about the financial flow.
• Should be able to work 4 hours daily during a workweek.

Experience with Fortnox or similar systems is a plus, but your willingness to do things correctly is the most important.
